Peaches + blueberries

3 ripe peaches, halved, pitted and diced
2/3 cup blueberries

Puree the peach and blueberries with 3 tablespoons of water in a food processor, or using an immersion blender, until all the fruit skin is broken down and the mixture is smooth. To make the puree smoother, pass it through a strainer after blending.

Broccoli, cauliflower + zucchini

1 small head broccoli, cut into small florets
1/3 small head cauliflower, cut into small florets
1 zucchini, diced
1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Steam or boil the veggies in a saucepan over medium heat for 7–8 minutes until tender. Add the parsley and heat through. Puree with 3–4 tablespoons of boiled water in a food processor, or using an immersion blender, until smooth. For a smoother puree, pass it through a strainer after blending.
