Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?
All registrations for the MomCo Run Club events are final. As stated in the registration agreement, we will not be able to offer transfers or refunds. We hope you can run with us next time!
What if the race sold out before I could register? Can I run anyway informally?
You can join virtually from your own course or treadmill! Every runner on the actual course MUST be registered for the live event and wearing a live event race bib. The race director onsite will be asking anyone without a live event race bib to exit the course.
Can you tell me more about the virtual 5K?
FREE Virtual 5K registration is always an option for our events. You can join virtually from your own course or treadmill! Registration is subject to an active MomCo membership. Membership can be purchased at the time of virtual registration.
Can I get a medal for running any of the virtual races?
While we aren’t offering medals for virtual runs at this time, we’re exploring ideas to make virtual runners’ achievements even more special down the road. Thank you for your enthusiasm and support!
