MomCo members are invited to submit a proposal online to win a $2,500, $5,000 or $10,000 grant to reach moms in their local communities or online with practical resources and the love of Jesus.

This year, DOZENS of innovative projects will be awarded anywhere from $2,500 to $10,000 to bring their ideas to life.

In a time when we are yearning for hope, MomCo is on a mission to invest in moms and change the world.

What We're Looking For ...

We are seeking creative, resourceful and impactful initiatives that:

  • Address Practical Needs: Enhance the lives of moms and children through tangible support.
  • Ignite Evangelism: Share the message of Jesus in an engaging and compelling manner.
  • Foster Diverse Gatherings: Bring moms from various backgrounds who might not typically connect to your MomCo group.
  • Create Social Media Virality: Produce shareable moments to show impact and spread hope.

Pitch Winner Details

$10,000 Winners

8 selected proposals will each receive:

  • $10,000 Funding: To bring your project to fruition by July 31, 2026.
  • MOMCON Experience: An all-expenses-paid trip for two to MOMCON, where you’ll present your project on stage to our Champion audience on Wednesday, September 24, 2025
  • Opportunity for Additional Funding: Top pitch, chosen by audience vote, will receive an extra $2,000 and the opportunity to present on the Main Stage before all MOMCON attendees.
  • MomCo Support Team Access: Benefit from business coaching and graphic design assistance to refine your project and presentation.

In addition, the eight $10,000 grantees will have the additional requirements:

  1. Pitch Presentation
    • Team: 1-2 presenters per project
    • Visuals: Incorporate a Pitch Deck (powerpoint slides) into the presentation; our graphic designers are available to assist.
    • Duration: Presentations should be 5-7 minutes, strictly timed.
    • Meeting Attendance: required for all winners (in addition to MOMCON)
      1. Orientation Call: mid-July Zoom call with eight $10,000 grantees to go over all the details with MomCo staff
      2. Coaching: 2-3 Zoom calls with a business coach to refine pitch
      3. Dress Rehearsal: Afternoon of Wednesday, September 24, 2025
      4. Reporting: Mid-October Zoom call to learn about the reporting process
  2. Reporting
    • By July 31, 2026, winners must submit (specific report guidelines will be given to the grantees following MOMCON):
    • Thank-You Letters: Express gratitude to our generous donors, highlighting three specific successes.
    • Marketing Materials: Includes photos, media coverage, social media posts, testimonials, or videos.
    • Goal Assessment: Discuss how your objectives were met.
    • Financial Report: Detail fund usage and plans for any unspent funds.

$2,500 or $5,000 Winners

Dozens of additional selected proposals will each receive: 

  • $2,500 or $5,000 Funding: To jump-start your project or complete a portion of it. 
  • Access to Graphic Design Materials: A collection of social media graphics to promote your project on your personal or MomCo group’s social channels.

Attendance is mandatory for the eight $10,000 grantees (excludes those outside the U.S. who cannot secure visas in time).

Project Completion and Reporting

Grantees must submit final impact reports by July 31, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Membership: Open to all active MomCo members worldwide who are part of a registered group at the time the application is submitted. MomCo members who applied for Pitch Night last year but were not selected as winners are encouraged to apply again. Resubmissions are welcome.
  • Attendance: Applicants must be prepared to present their project at MOMCON 2025 (excludes those outside the U.S. who cannot secure visas in time who will be required to submit a video presentation to be shown at MOMCON). 
  • Reporting: Grant recipients are required to submit a final report and receipts detailing fund utilization by July 31, 2026. 

Selection Process

 A diverse panel of investors, consultants and leaders will evaluate proposals based on:

  • Impact Potential: The number of new moms and children your program will reach
  • Evangelism: Effectiveness in conveying Jesus’s message to unreached moms
  • Innovation: Creativity and originality of the proposal
  • Proposal Quality: Clarity, thoroughness, and feasibility

Rules, Regulations and legal guidelines

Thank you for your interest in The MomCo’s Pitch Night, a unique opportunity for active members to receive grants aimed at initiating new ministry projects in their communities. Participation in this event is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Eligibility: Participation is exclusively available to individuals who are active members of The MomCo at the time of their application. All participants must comply with all local, state, and national laws and regulations.
  • Application: Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or participation in the Pitch Night event. The MomCo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select the winning proposals based on their alignment with our organizational goals and the impact potential of the proposed ministry projects. Resubmissions are welcome.
  • Presentation: Selected applicants will be invited to present their proposals live at MOMCON. Final presentations will be made to the full MOMCON audience, where additional evaluation will occur.
  • Grant Awarding: Grants will be awarded at the discretion of The MomCo based on the presentations and viability of the proposals. The decision of the panel will be final. Receipt of a grant is conditional upon the awardee agreeing to specific terms regarding the use of funds, reporting requirements and project outcomes.
  • No Guarantee of Success: The MomCo makes no representations or warranties regarding the success of proposed projects or the impact of the grants awarded. Participants acknowledge that the development and execution of their projects are subject to factors beyond the control of The MomCo.
  • Intellectual Property: Participants retain ownership of their ideas and proposals. However, by presenting at MOMCON, participants grant The MomCo a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and promote the ideas presented in connection with the Pitch Night and related promotional activities.
  • Limitation of Liability: The MomCo will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to participation in the Pitch Night, the receipt or use of any grant, or the execution of any project.
  • Changes and Cancellations: The MomCo reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Pitch Night event at any time and for any reason without liability.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By applying for and participating in Pitch Night, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
