Easy Daily Exercises You Can Do at Home

We may be stuck at home, but it’s still so important that we take care of ourselves. Exercise is a must to help you keep your sanity in a time of self-imposed quarantines and shelter in place orders. So we asked our friend and CEO of Core Fit, Samantha Costello, to put together a daily workout. We’ll be posting a new exercise every day this week on The MOPS Blog. Each workout is just 12 minutes of exercise, so everyone can do it. Let’s keep each other moving! #MOPSMamas

DAY 1 Workout:

Do each exercise for 1 minute and repeat the whole series 3 times. Just 12 minutes total, so everyone can do this!

  1. Squat overhead press
  2. Mountain climbers
  3. Burpees
  4. Plank (drop to knees if needed)

Share a picture on social media and tag @mops_international and #MOPSMamaMovin so we can see you sweat and cheer you on!
