DAY 3 – Easy Daily Exercises You Can Do at Home

Hump Day! You’ve made it to Day 3 of our weekly workout with our friend, Samantha Costello, founder of Core Fit. Congratulations! Remember, exercise is key to staying healthy emotionally and physically, so let’s keep doing this together! #MOPSMamas

DAY 3 Workout:

Do each exercise for 1 minute and repeat the whole series 3 times. Just 12 minutes total, so everyone can do this!

  1. Glute bridge squeeze
  2. Manmaker
  3. Pop squat
  4. Upright row
