Project Proposal

    • How does your project bring hope to moms in your community?
    • What key objectives do you aim to accomplish?

    • How many moms and families will your project serve?
    • What specific needs will it address?
    • How does it align with MomCo’s mission of spreading the message of Jesus and providing moms
      with community?
  5. Project Plan & Timeline:
    • Provide a basic outline of the steps to implement your project and any expected milestones
      (completion dates, event dates, etc.).
  6. Budget & Funding Allocation (total grant is based on anticipated expenses for the funding period):
    • Provide a breakdown of anticipated expenses (e.g., materials, marketing, venue, etc.) to complete
      the project in full.
    • Are there additional funding sources?
  7. Sustainability & Long-Term Impact:
    • How will your project continue beyond this grant funding?
    • Will it become a recurring event or program?
